What does your score mean for your health?
Health Score Ranges

0-549 (Low/Fair)

If you have a score between (0-549) then you may be aging at an accelerated rate. This means that you are at an increased risk of developing certain age-related conditions such as hypertension, type II diabetes, heart diseases, and some cancers earlier in life. If your score is within this range, we highly recommend that you schedule an appointment with your primary care provider.
550-609 (Good)
If you have a score between (550-609) you are aging at a relatively normal rate. While your score is good overall, it may be low score in certain categories such as, physical health or nutrition and therefore still room for improvement.
610-1000 (Very Good/Excellent)
In this score range, your body is aging at a slightly slower rate than the average person, reducing your overall risk for developing chronic health conditions.
