⚠️ Don’t Lose Your Health Data: Migrate to the bEHR Health App by December 15th | Step-by-Step Guide



The official bEHR Health App is now live in the App Store and Google Play Store — and it’s time to make the move!


If you’ve been using the bEHR Health beta (via the Dacadoo app), please take action before December 15th, 2025 to ensure you don’t lose your health data, activity history, or progress. After this date, the Dacadoo beta app will no longer be active, and any un-transferred information will no longer be accessible.


We’re deeply grateful for your early support and participation in the beta version. This transition marks a major milestone as we move from our pilot phase to the official bEHR Health App, powered by the Black Electronic Health Record™—a living record of our collective health, progress, and transformation.


🔁 Step-by-Step: How to Migrate to the New bEHR Health App


Step 1: Confirm Your Dacadoo Login Credentials


Before you begin, make sure you know your username (email) and password for the Dacadoo beta app.


  • You’ll need these credentials to log into the new bEHR Health App.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, please reset it inside the Dacadoo app before proceeding.


⚠️ Important: You’ll lose access to the Dacadoo platform after December 15, so make sure your login credentials are correct now.


Step 2: Download the Official bEHR Health App


Download the new app today from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, open the app and tap Log In.


Step 3: Log In Using Your Dacadoo Credentials


Enter the same email and password you used on the beta app.

  • You should be able to log in without issues.

  • If you see a message that your subscription has expired, continue to the next step.


Step 4: Choose Your Subscription Plan


We’ve officially transitioned to a premium experience that helps us expand, improve, and sustain this platform for the community. Choose your preferred plan:


  • $39.99 for 90 days

  • $109.99 for one year


Once selected, complete your new profile setup in the app.


Step 5: Your Health and Activity Data


Here’s what you need to know about your logged data from the beta app:


  • All of your steps, activity, and fitness data logged before October 6 has been successfully migrated to the new bEHR Health App.

  • Any data logged after October 6 will not appear in the new app, as the data migration took place on that date.


We sincerely apologize for this short gap. It was caused by extended app review delays in both the App Store and Google Play Store, but rest assured—the majority of your data and progress is safe in the new app.


⚠️ To preserve your progress, make sure you log into the new app before December 15th.


Step 6: Reconnect Your Health Tracker


After logging in, don’t forget to reconnect your wearable or health tracking device.


  • Go to Connect a Tracker in the app settings.

  • Choose your preferred tracker (e.g., Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, etc.).


This ensures your steps, workouts, and health metrics continue updating seamlessly inside your new bEHR Health profile.
