The Big Game Step Challenge, sponsored by ViiV Healthcare, was all about seeing if you could hit 59,000 steps between January 20 and January 29 for a chance to go to Super Bowl 59—and y’all showed up and showed OUT!

With over a week of grinding, Donovan Barabin didn’t just complete the challenge—he crushed it, finishing with an incredible 192,376 steps and landing in the top 10 overall. And when it was time for the raffle draw, his name came out on top!
At first, Donovan wasn’t sure if walking was a real way to get fit, but now? He’s all in.
“Man, my feet are barking after all that walking,” he joked. “But I’m really glad I did it. I used to think walking wasn’t real fitness, but this challenge showed me it’s one of the best ways to improve overall health. I feel stronger, and I’m gonna keep it up.”
That’s the real win—everybody who participated took steps (literally) toward better health. Whether you finished in the top 10 or simply pushed yourself to move more than usual, you proved to yourself what’s possible.
